How do I pay for the reservation?

When you make an offer, BidForBooking carries out a pre-authorization that will only be confirmed if an establishment accepts your offer.

This pre-authorization will be cancelled when your offer’s expiration date is reached or, if none has been set, after the check-in date.

Does BidForBooking store my bank card details?

You can securely store your card details on the platform. BidForBooking does not have direct access to your bank details because we use a secure, certified payment system.

This means that neither BidForBooking nor the establishment can see or store your bank details. Protecting your data is a priority for us.

When you submit an offer, the platform will ask you for your card details. It is essential that you enter valid, operational details; otherwise, if your offer is accepted, the booking will be cancelled automatically and you will have to start the process again.

Is it possible to cancel a group reservation with several rooms?

If a member of a group is unable to travel, only their room will be cancelled. Joint cancellations are only accepted if:

There are minor or adult children who are financially dependent (due to studies or disability).
Supporting documentation is provided.

I have special requirements, how should I indicate it?
