No, once submitted, your offer cannot be modified. However, you can cancel it at any time and create a new one with the changes you need. We suggest doing this if you see that no establishment is accepting your proposal.
If no one accepts your offer, try increasing the price, changing the location, or removing conditions that might be limiting acceptance. This will give you a better chance of having an accommodation say yes.
Yes, you can cancel your offer even after it has been accepted. However, please note that cancellation incurs a charge unless it is justified by force majeure or circumstances beyond your control, as set out in our terms of use.
Cancellations can be made directly via the platform using the relevant button. Once you have confirmed the cancellation, the accommodation that accepted your offer will be notified automatically.
