You’re in the right place. Here you’ll find answers to the most common doubts.
You will only be charged by BidForBooking once an accommodation accepts your offer. No charges are made beforehand.
You can securely store your card details on the platform. BidForBooking does not have direct access to your bank details because we use a secure, certified payment system.
This means that neither BidForBooking nor the establishment can see or store your bank details. Protecting your data is a priority for us.
When you submit an offer, the platform will ask you for your card details. It is essential that you enter valid, operational details; otherwise, if your offer is accepted, the booking will be cancelled automatically and you will have to start the process again.
If a member of a group is unable to travel, only their room will be cancelled. Joint cancellations are only accepted if:
- There are minor or adult children who are financially dependent (due to studies or disability).
- Supporting documentation is provided.
When making your request, you will find a list of options to select, such as whether you are travelling with a pet or the type of bed you require. If your requirements are not listed, you can detail them in the text box. Please indicate whether the requirement is essential or simply desirable.
Please note that the more requirements you impose, the less likely it is that a property will accept your offer, so we advise you to request only what is strictly necessary.
